The methodology
The Growth Intelligence OS
Every Deltagency engagement runs on the same four-phase operating loop. It's not a framework for a slide — it's the weekly machinery that turns raw funnel events into decisions your team actually ships.
Most growth work fails between the phases — data no one reads, insights no one acts on, wins no one systematizes. The OS exists to close those gaps.
Instrument
You can't improve a motion you can't see. Phase one wires the telescope.
Every meaningful event — first touch, signup, activation, meeting, opportunity, revenue — is captured, identity-resolved, and connected into one spine. UTM discipline, CRM hygiene, and product events stop being chores and become the sensory system of the company.
Cadence — Weeks 0–3 of an engagement
What gets built
- Full-funnel tracking plan (visitor → revenue)
- UTM governance + campaign QA automation
- Product events wired to accounts in the CRM
- One source-of-truth funnel dashboard
Observe
Signal beats opinion. Phase two turns raw events into legible patterns.
With instrumentation live, the funnel starts talking: where buyers stall, which sources produce pipeline that closes, which product behaviors precede revenue. Weekly signal reviews replace anecdote-driven debate — the team develops a shared, evidence-based picture of reality.
Cadence — Weekly, from week 3 onward
What gets built
- Weekly signal review ritual (30 min, one dashboard)
- Cohort + velocity views by source and segment
- Anomaly alerts on conversion drops and tracking breaks
- Named growth leaks, ranked by revenue impact
Decide
Insight without a decision date is trivia. Phase three ships the bets.
Each leak becomes a hypothesis; each hypothesis becomes an experiment with an owner, a success metric, and a decision date. Positioning sharpens, channels get cut or doubled, sales handoffs get rebuilt — always against the evidence, never against the loudest voice.
Cadence — Experiments ship weekly; big bets monthly
What gets built
- Experiment backlog ranked by leverage
- One-page decision memos (hypothesis → result → call)
- 90-day growth plan, re-sequenced monthly
- Kill list: channels and tools that don't earn their spend
Compound
The goal isn't a win — it's a system that keeps winning without heroics.
Proven plays become playbooks. Repetitive work moves to AI agents — reporting, QA, content ops — so humans spend their hours on judgment. Learnings are written down and inherited by every new hire. The motion improves every month, whether or not anyone is being heroic.
Cadence — Always on — this is the operating state
What gets built
- Playbook library from validated experiments
- AI agents on reporting, campaign QA, and content ops
- Learnings archive reviewed at every planning cycle
- Board-ready growth narrative backed by the numbers
The OS starts with knowing where you stand
The diagnostic maps your motion against all four phases in about three minutes — and tells you which phase to start in.
